By accessing or using this website or any JobsReel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must stop using this website and our services immediately.

2. Services Provided

JobsReel provides recruitment marketing, short-form video production, paid social advertising, and workflow management solutions for employers, recruiters, and agencies.

Our services fall under three product categories:

2.1 JobsReel Creative

Short-form recruitment content creation, including:

Production of JobsReel videos using client assets or licensed stock
Motion graphics and short-form visual content
Content delivered through our approval workflow via JobsReel Studio
Usage for paid social advertising, internal promotion or social organic distribution

Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all content supplied.

2.2 JobsReel Social

Paid social recruitment campaigns delivered across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

This may include:

Paid social advertising setup, targeting, optimisation and monitoring
Cross-platform distribution using our social recruitment expertise
Campaign execution using client-approved JobsReel Creative assets
Reporting on reach, engagement, cost-per-result and performance insights
Optional distribution via our owned network of job-focused Facebook pages

Campaign delivery is dependent on the policies and uptime of third-party platforms. We cannot be held responsible for outages, disapprovals or technical issues arising from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or any related advertising systems.

2.3 JobsReel Studio

Our workflow and content management system, including:

Content approvals
Campaign and asset organisation
Delivery tracking
File sharing and version control
Access for authorised client users

JobsReel Studio is not an ATS or recruitment system. It exists solely for creative workflow, campaign coordination and content approvals.

2.4 Credit System

JobsReel services are delivered using a credit-based purchasing system.

Credits may be used across JobsReel Creative, JobsReel Social and employer brand products.
Credits are pre-purchased via invoice or online payment.
Credit values for products are listed on your proposal, rate card, or service agreement.
Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Credits are non-refundable but may be transferred to other qualifying services.

Pricing for credits is not published on our website.

3. Ownership and Disclaimer

All information on this website is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but provide no guarantee as to completeness, performance or suitability.

We accept no liability for:

Loss of revenue, business, data or opportunities
Delays caused by client approval times
Issues caused by third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, ContentStudio etc.)
Incomplete or incorrect information provided by clients

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by JobsReel (video, graphics, copy, concepts, branding, edits, and related creative assets) remains the intellectual property of Talent Acquisition Group Limited until payment is made in full.

Clients warrant that materials they supply (logos, text, images, videos, brand elements) do not infringe on third-party rights.

5. Client Content Responsibilities

Clients agree that:

All supplied content is accurate, lawful, and permissioned
Their job descriptions meet advertising standards and platform policies
They will not post discriminatory, misleading, or harmful content
Any content used in ads adheres to the advertising policies of the platform
JobsReel may decline or amend content that breaches guidelines or is unsuitable

We reserve the right to remove or refuse to promote content that violates advertising standards.

6. Data & Privacy

Personal data processed via JobsReel Studio, campaign forms or enquiries is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

7. Liability & Indemnity

JobsReel is designed for business use only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

Indirect or consequential loss
Results arising from social media algorithm changes
Platform restrictions, ad rejections, or disapprovals
Delays caused by client response times
Losses arising from inaccurate or unlawful client content

Clients agree to indemnify Talent Acquisition Group Limited against any claims arising from content they provide.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are strictly 14 days by invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Payments may be made online using Stripe.
Credits and campaigns may be paused if invoices remain unpaid.
Creative assets remain the property of JobsReel until cleared funds are received.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

We may update, suspend or discontinue any service, feature or platform integration at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to reliance on third-party systems.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on this page.
